Our Parent and Toddler Sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10.30am -12pm.
These sessions are an ideal way for your little one to experience the world of gymnastics. Sessions incorporate open gymnastics play and structured gymnastics instruction.
Cost – First session: €10 (Gymnastics Ireland Membership)
Every additional attendance: €5
Who is it for? Walking toddlers to 4 year old.
As a club we have an extensive recreational program, this program is designed to on the ethos gymnastics for all. We strive to make the time each child spends learning gymnastics an enjoyable experience.
There is opportunity for huge progression with in this program each child will be assessed on the Gymnastics Ireland awards scheme within the club and given the opportunity to represent the club at a Gymnastics Ireland GymStart Awards Event
Each child will have opportunities to learn routines based on their current level and ability.
As a club we like to give parents an opportunity to come and see their child perform, each year our club puts on an end of term gymnastics event where parents can come and see their child perform in a group display with the rest of their class.
Certain recreation classes will prepare for our Club competition which is held annually

As a club we currently offer a competitive program for both Men’s and Women’s Gymnastics.
These programs are by invite only, Children will be selected on a talent identification and testing basis.
Our competitive gymnasts take part in all gymnastics Ireland competitions with our gymnasts competing in Women’s Level 1-10 and Levels 6+, Our men’s program also competes in the Men’s Club and Elite Grade competitions
Over the years our competitive gymnasts have represented their club very well and thanks to the hard work of all our gymnast and our fantastic team of coaches our club has won many National and Regional titles.
