Fees and Refunds

Please read this document very carefully as it contains new information on how term fees are to be paid for this term.

Term Fees

Term fees for the September 2019 Gymnastics Term have now been generated and can be viewed and paid for in your members area.

Payments

Single member families (Gymnasts training one hour a week and preschool)

Full term fees must be paid prior to the start of term.

Multi-Member Families and gymnasts who train one hour or more per week.

Installments are welcome with the minimum payment per transaction to be paid prior to the start of term. (Multi-members families and gymnasts who train more than one hour a week may also pay their term fees in full)

The minimum transaction for all payments is €180 or the current balance outstanding if less than €180

Please note your term fee payment secures your child’s space for the September term.

When do I pay my term fees?

Term fees for September are now due.

The closing date to make your first installment, or to pay your fees in full is Friday the 9th of August.

If your term fees have not been paid by the above date your child’s space will not be guaranteed for the September term.

Refunds

As a club we offer refunds if a child does not wish to continue with classes.

If your child no longer wishes to continue with their class please send us an email and we will issue a refund for the remainder of their classes from the date we have received your email.

We are not in a position to refund the annual club and gymnastics ireland membership of €30 Refunds will be issued back into your credit/debit card in 5-10 working days of receiving your
email.

We do not issue refunds after week 12 of the gymnastics term.

If I am paying my fees in installments, what are the installment dates?

Installment 1 or Fees in Full – On or before Friday the 9th of August.
Installment 2 – On or before the 9th of September
Installment 3 – On or before the 9th of October
Installment 4 – On or before the 9th of November
Installment 5 – On or before the 9th of December

How do I pay my fees?

Term fees are to ONLY be paid using your members area by credit or debit card.

As a club we do not accept cash/cheque or EFT(Electronic Fund transfer) as a method of payment.

Unfortunately, it has become necessary to adjust our payment structure in this way and we thank you for your understanding on this matter.
